Last Water Day of the Summer!

Jackson and William playing with the squirt toys!

Boys will be boys....

Emmet has such a wonderful imagination. I loved watching him act out this quite personable hippo!

This picture is hilarious- as I am trying to get them to smile, Emmet is squirting me with the hippo!

Who can splash the highest???

Charlotte learned how to pump her legs and swing by herself!

Go Charlotte!

Hanging with the big sis!

Mariela- I love your hoodie towel!

Charley has a great imagination too- she is pretending to be a horse! She is trying to make a tail using anything she can find...her towel...her sunglasses....

Norah and Charlotte both LOVE the water!

Miranda teaching them how to build a sandcastle with wet sand!

Fun in the sandbox!

This was quite an involved project. The children worked very hard bringing over buckets of water to the sandbox to make a "pool party." Jackson made up a pretty catchy song about this pool party!

Once they had the water, they began shaping land and water forms!

A lake, a river, a waterfall...

Mariela painting herself with water!

Ms. Heather spraying Charlotte. They were pretending it was a rainstorm!

Jackson was definitely the foreman on the work site!

William digging!

Elora has a plan...

Where is the water going now???

Norah LOVES this! I promise!

Emmet thinks the Octopus needs to have some fun in the lake!

The big boys: Hayes, Davis, and Max!

This is awesome. I have been working hard pulling weeds out of our garden all summer. Often the children help me. Ethan and Brayden noticed these weeds at the edge of the mulch and went to town pulling them!

Use those muscles boys!

Norah relaxing in the pool!

What to build next?
